Refund policy
* In principle, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
For returns due to One Drop or the shipping company's reason such as damage when the item arrives, we will refund the item price and shipping fee. Please contact OneDrop (info@one-drop.me) and return it by freight collect.
■ When paying by credit card
We will respond by changing the payment amount through the credit card company. If the original bill is confirmed by the closing date of your credit card at the time of refund procedure, it will be deducted once and will be offset or refunded with the usage amount of the next month.
* Refund methods vary depending on the card company. Please check the amount on the statement issued by your credit card company.
* Please contact the store where you purchased the product for products purchased at the actual store instead of the online shop.
■ For KOMOJU convenience stores and bank deferred payments
Settlement fee incurred 275 yen (In the case of bank transfer, convenience store, Pay Easy refund, additional refund fee 600 yen)
